Shipping

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic) and Portugal

  • Orders will be received 24/48 hrs from the moment payment has been made.
  • Shipment expenses are 6 €

Europe

  • Please allow 2/6 working days for delivery
  • Shipment expenses are 15 €
  • The client will be responsible for any import duty the country applies

Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Orders will be received 24/48 hrs from the moment payment has been made.
  • Shipment expenses are 30 €.

 

Change

Can I change size, model or colour?

Sure! First change is free. If you want to change it for a second time, a new shipment cost will be charged. You have 30 days to return it, after that period of time, no changes will be made. The item should be in immaculate condition as received. Please be sure to send it in its original packaging together with all its accessories. Let us tell you how to proceed:

Send an email to info@studiophilocaly.com with:

  • Order number, as in your electronic ticket
  • Name, color and size ( if it is a shoe) of the model to be changed.
  • Name, color and size ( if it is a shoe) of the new requested model.
  • You will received a mail with pick up date and hour. It will be picked up at the same address delivered the first time, and you will receive the new item at that vey moment
  • If the item is in stock, you will receive it in 7/10 days for Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal, 10/15 days for the rest of Spain and Europe.
  • Should there not be your choice available, we will contact you to offer other possibilites.

*Be aware that the item should be in perfect conditions in order to return it.

Return

May I return the item?

Certainly. Please be aware you have 30 days to return it, after that period of time, no returns will be allowed. The item should be in immaculate condition as received. Please be sure to send it in its original packaging together with all its accessories.Let us tell you how to proceed:

  • Please tell us the reasons to send it back.
  • You will receive a mail with collecting date and hour. It will be picked up at the same address delivered the first time.
  • Once Studio Philocaly checks the item and it is in perfect condition, your money will be sent back to you.

*Be aware that the item should be in perfect conditions in order to return it.
